Big flavor. Small batches. Safety first. Here’s what you should know about our ingredients, home kitchen, and food safety practices.
Food Allergy Advisory
At C.R.A.C.K. BBQ, we believe great BBQ starts with quality ingredients and responsible food preparation.
Our signature BBQ plate contains milk (dairy) and wheat. Our food is prepared in a residential home kitchen where ingredients, equipment, and preparation areas may be shared.
While we take precautions to prevent cross-contact, we cannot guarantee that any meal is free from allergens.

Made in a Home Kitchen
C.R.A.C.K. BBQ operates as a permitted Microenterprise Home Kitchen Operation (MEHKO) in Sonoma County, California.
Our meals are prepared in a permitted residential kitchen rather than a traditional commercial restaurant kitchen.
Permitting agency: Sonoma County Environmental Health
MEHKO Health Permit Number: PR0032684
Our current health permit or a legible copy is available for viewing during operating hours as required.
Freshly Prepared BBQ
Our food is prepared in small batches for scheduled BBQ drops. Meals are prepared, cooked, and served on the same day in accordance with applicable MEHKO requirements.
Our limited production schedule helps us focus on preparation, cooking, and direct delivery to our customers.
